Return and Refund Policy
At MegTech Solutions, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide high-quality CCTV cameras and security products. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully.
Returns
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product if:
- The item is defective or damaged
- The wrong product was delivered
- The product is not functioning as intended
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be in its original condition
- All accessories, manuals, and packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase or receipt is required
Products that have been physically damaged, improperly installed, or tampered with may not qualify for returns.
Refunds
Once the returned product is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days.
Refunds may be issued through:
- Mobile Money Transfer
- Bank Transfer
- Original payment method (where applicable)
Shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We allow exchanges for:
- Defective products
- Incorrect items delivered
- Products damaged during delivery
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return:
- Products damaged after installation
- Used or incomplete items
- Items returned without original packaging
- Clearance or special-order items
